1. Services & Estimates

Repair IT provides technical repair services for electronic devices. While we provide estimates before starting work, these are subject to change if further faults are discovered during the repair process. We will always contact you before proceeding with additional costs.

2. Diagnostics & Minimum Fees

A diagnostic fee may apply to cover the time taken to inspect a device. If you choose to proceed with a repair, this fee is typically waived or deducted from the final repair bill. If a device is deemed "Beyond Economical Repair" (BER), the diagnostic fee remains payable.

3. Parts & Warranty

All parts fitted by Repair IT come with a 90-day warranty against defects, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers the specific part replaced but does not cover:

4. Data Loss

While we take every precaution, Repair IT is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. We strongly recommend that customers back up all data before submitting a device for repair.

5. Uncollected Items

Items not collected within 60 days of repair completion (or notification that the item is unrepairable) may be disposed of or sold to recover the cost of parts and labor.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair and before the item is returned to the customer. We accept cash and bank transfers.
